Counsellor Profile

Since becoming a counsellor in 1991 my role has been to support and nurture a clients’ own notion of how they live their life and follow their own path. I believe we all have a desire to grow and that counselling and therapy are about creating possibilities in our lives. Our relationship with others is determined by our relationship with ourselves and so working on our fears and anxieties helps us to realise that we do have choices.
