As a Senior BACP accredited counsellor I have experience gained from over 20 years working with couples individuals and families. My aim is to offer a confidential space for clients to talk about anything in their lives which may be affecting how they feel about themselves or their relationships. My training includes working with boarding school syndrome and the lasting impact it has on adult lives especially intimate relationships. Couples and Relationship counselling can offer support for those experiencing difficulties around parenting, infidelity, uncertainty about the future of their coupledom or how to sustain a long term relationship.

*Senior British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Registered Counsellor 1998
* UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor.
*Certificate Contextual Couples Counselling.
*Diploma in Contextual Couples Counselling.
* Experience working with Boarding School Survivors
*7 years facilitating counselling courses at both introduction and certificate level.
*My private practice includes working with individuals as well as couples and groups.
* I abide by the BACP Code of Ethics in all my work.

My fees are £65.00 for individuals and £75.00 for couples for a 55 minute session.
My counselling practise has included working with issues around depression stress anxiety abuse parenting divorce bereavement self esteem confidence building and childhood trauma.
As relationship counsellor I offer a safe confidential space to explore the dynamic that you create as a couple. Your relationship is my client.
It can be a very energising experience to try and understand the conflicts and difficulties of being a couple!
Yet it can also a painful one too. My approach is a positive one even if there is so much conflict around that it is difficult to feel positive when a relationship is in crisis.
