Patricia Lambert B.Sc. Psychotherapist MBACP, Senior Accredited Counsellor BICA
0152 434983 / 0798 5780066
I am a fully qualified counsellor with over 10 years experienced. I am also a qualified mindfulness and relaxation teacher and practitioner.
My approach is person-centred and integrative. This enables you to deal with your issues in ways that are best suited to you. This can also promote positive growth and self belief.
I also use mindfulness as this has shown to be an effective tool in addressing depression and anxiety.
I work privately with a wide range of diverse issues and for the NHS in a fertility clinic. I am also a lecturer for the Open University teaching counselling.
Counselling enables you to develop a clearer understanding of yourself and a better awareness of your emotional responses to personal, professional, physical or relationship difficulties. This process then can help you create better coping mechanisms and work on your personal development.
If you would like to find out whether this is the right approach for you, you can arrange an initial session with no commitment.
