My counselling approach is Person-Centred. I believe counselling can make a real difference to people's lives, by being able to talk in a safe environment without judgement you will have the oppertunity to explore your concerns and difficulties and make the decisions and changes that are right for you.

I have a BA (Hons) and a Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy.
I am a member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, The Counselling Society (Accred.) and the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

£60.00 per session for couples
Consessions available for those on low income.
Extra Information
Sessions last for approx. one hour.
The first session is 90 minutes for assessment and gives us the oppertunity to meet and discuss what you want and need from counselling.
