Counsellor Profile

My name is Rebecca Donaghy, MA, Dip, PG Cert, Bsc (Hons), MBACP & UKCP registered. I am a Humanistic Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist providing a Counselling and Psychotherapy service in Gamston, Nottingham (NG2). I run my own Private Practice of Clients who I see face to face on a short or long term basis. I am devoted to supporting the wellbeing of others and facilitating positive change with any troubles, issues or difficulties a person may have.

Training, Qualifications & Experience (more info)

I have 10 years Counselling and Psychotherapy training and experience. I have experience of Counselling Children, Young People and Adults from working at the Wellbeing Clinic, Derbyshire Constabulary, Regent Street Clinic and Nottingham Womenˇs Counselling Project. I also have Telephone Counselling experience as a volunteer with Childline. All of which I have thoroughly enjoyed.

I have a Masters Degree, Diploma and Post Graduate Certificate in Humanistic Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Degree in Counselling and Therapeutic Studies.

I am a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and a registered Psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) (SPTI).

Fees

I currently charge £35 for a 50 minute session.

Extra Information

Location
I am based in Gamston, Nottingham (NG2). 10 minutes drive from Nottingham City Centre, 1 minute away from West Bridgford Town Centre and a few minutes away from the National Water Sports Centre, Holme Pierrepont. Gamston is in the East Midlands area and therefore easily accessible from Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Loughborough.

Parking is available for drivers. Alternatively there is a regular bus route nearby.

I will provide you with the address and directions when we arrange to meet.

Appointment Times
I am available for appointments week days during the daytime and evening. Saturday sessions may also be negotiable.
