I offer a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can come and explore confidentialy whatever problems they are having difficulty with.
I do not offer advice but listen empathically in a non judgemental way and help the individual identify unhelpful modes of behaviour which make life difficult for us.

I am a fully accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their professional guidelines. I have worked with individuals for the last nine years in a number of different settings, covering a wide range of problems which cause difficulties in our lives. Work can be short or long term.
