As a degree qualified counseller and member of BACP, working within the BACP code of ethics, I offer counselling for individuals and couples, working towards enhancing and improoving the relationships with self and others, also for better self esteem; working through anxiety and stress, bereavement and loss and gender issues.
I also work with anger issues, which enables understanding of what causes this and dealing with out of controll emotions in a more approbriate way.
For couple counselling I work with the Prepare and Enrich programm, which is regognised and used by many churches and the Registry Office. It enables me to pinpoint discrepencies in any relationship and therefore saves long process of counselling.
I do see a couple together for the first assessment and then offer individual sessions, depending on the needs of each person on the numbers.
I do offer a reduction of the fees in certain circumstances of needs.
