As a degree qualified counseller and member of BACP, working within the BACP code of ethics, I offer counselling for individuals and couples, working to have better relationships with self and others improoving self esteem; working through anxiety and stress, bereavement and loss and gender issues.

Having worked with young people through my counselling training and the mental health service for the past 20 years has taught me the importance of good relationships. How to work through depression and other problems.
For the last 3 years I have had my own successful private practice working with adults of diverse problems.
I keep updated on my professional qualification (BA Hons from the University of Southampton) by attending courses, e.g. Mindfulness, CBT, Recovery & Client centred Working, to mention but a few, I also keep up with professional reading.
