Counsellor Profile
I believe that every individual is unique, thus I use an eclectic approach to counselling and psychotherapy. My approach includes influences from a psychodynamic perspective, a person-centered perspective, as well as a cognitive behavioural perspective.
I believe I am a guide that is there to help and you discuss, explore, understand, and problem solve. We work as a team on a journey towards self-awareness, exploration and resolution of your difficulties.

I trained in America earning a MA in psychology, with a speciality in counselling from Argosy University in Georgia in 2002. I have worked in various care setting in the United States, India, as well as the United Kingdom.
As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I adhere to and am bound by its ethical framework for good practice.

Fees
My fees are 50 pounds an hour (for a 50-minute session). I offer a 50% fee reduction for our initial meeting, as we both must feel we can work together. Personal circumstances will be considered regarding fees.
Any psychological testing, brain injury or learning disability consultation or services will be determined on an individual basis.
