There are times in life, when we need something different to the support provided by partners, family or friends.
Whether you are experiencing relationship issues, feeling anxious or depressed, want to change patterns of thoughts/behaviour or just need to talk to someone who won't judge, I can help.
Providing Safety and Calm
I provide support to people who find themselves in a difficult situation because they are, for whatever reason, unable to think clearly or resolve their situation themselves. I offer a confidential service with understanding, acceptance and support in a safe and comfortable environment.
How can I help?
My aim is that through counselling you will achieve greater control of your life. In gaining some understanding of yourthoughts and feelings, I can help facilitate a period of acceptance and change by enabling you to talk about emotional difficulties and periods of crisis.
And what are the benefits?
Gain a stronger sense of your self
Overcome limiting beliefs
Gain control over problematic behaviours
Work towards a more meaningful and fulfilling life
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the College of Sex and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).
