I can offer time to think about what is causing you distress, with an aim of enjoying life more.
It may be a current situation, or something from the past that feels unresolved. Perhaps you feel stuck, anxious or stressed. Maybe there are difficult issues that you are dealing with in your relationship. I have been trained to listen to you at a deeper level, and to trace the patterns that may be repeating in your relationships and friendships. My approach can help you gain insight, and find new perspectives that will help you move forward in life.
Although I work with a broad range of personal problems, I have supported a large number of people with anger, anxiety, addiction and relationship and work place issues.
OTHER PROBLEMS I WORK WITH INCLUDE;
Starting and maintaining relationships
Depression, low mood
Sexuality, sexual problems and sex addiction.
Loneliness and isolation
The practice has been established since 2006, and I see individuals and couples for short term focused work or on an open ended basis. I offer early morning, day time and evening appointments. and can also offer appointments on Skype.
I am an Accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and a General member of the College of Sex and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). Both organisations place an emphasis on maintaining ethical standards and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
I am registered to take referrals from Aviva members.
Please give me a call if you have any questions.
