Counsellor Profile
I am a counsellor and psychosexual therapist working with individuals and couples. My aim is to empower clients to live their lives in a way that works for them, whilst helping to recognise, and respond to what gets in the way.
Loosing a sense of self, and always putting others needs first, can often be the block to moving forward. My approach recognises the impact of earlier life experiences, and unconscious processes that affect feelings. As an experienced practitioner I see clients with a wide range of issues. I provide a safe, confidential and welcoming environment within which clients can explore what has brought them to therapy, how events in their lives have affected them, and what meaning they attach to the problems they are facing.
I hold an established private practice working with clients on a short and long term basis.
