Counselling can help you to make sense of a problem or difficulty in your life. It offers a safe, confidential place where feelings and thoughts can be freely expressed. Issues can be worked through, free of restrictions and judgement.
You can decide how much you wish to reveal and the extent of your explanation. You may choose to use the support given to make an important change in your life. Sometimes help in achieving a deeper understanding of an issue may be all you require.

The number of sessions varies from client to client and it is often difficult to give an exact time scale. In the first session we will discuss what you would like to achieve by coming to counselling and an assessment will be carried out, which can help give you a better picture on how long we may need to see each other.
