I am an Accredited MBACP Pyschotherapist, Counselling Supervisor and trainer with 12 years experience. I offer help to individuals and couples experiencing a wide range of presenting problems such as low self esteem, anxiety, stress, relationships, and other aspects of the human condition which hinder potential. My approach offers the opportunity to explore how past experiences impact on our behaviours and responses in our present lives; offering insights which can help facilitate better self knowledge, ways of coping and opportunities for change. I also offer supervision to counselling professionals, group facilitation and training

I work according to BACP Code of Ethics. My practice takes place in a relaxed, confidential environment. Contracts may be short or long term and will be agreed at the first session. I charge for late cancellation (within 48 hours).
