Are you looking for counselling in Haslemere or counselling in Farnham?

The thought of entering into or continuing in counselling can be really unsettling. There are a great many unknowns, and taking the decision to commit to weekly sessions to share often difficult and painful experiences can feel overwhelming.

This is something that I both recognise and understand, and I am committed to providing helpful, supportive and confidential counselling designed to meet and support your needs.

I am a friendly and professional counsellor registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). Working with young people and adults, I have worked with many people helping them to explore their feelings and find effective ways of coping with their difficulties. Areas I have worked with include:

Eating disorders Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge eating disorder, Over-eating
Sexual, physical and emotional abuse
Panic attacks or other symptoms caused by stress and anxiety
Lack of confidence, feeling anxious or generally feeling unable to cope
Feeling depressed and unhappy
Struggling with work related issues
Coping with emotional or sexual difficulties
Concerns about health
Issues with alcohol, smoking too much or using drugs
Problems in relationships
Managing a bereavement

I am part of a wide network of counsellors and organisations and if I am not the right person to help you I will endeavour to offer you referral suggestions and support you in accessing the care and support you need elsewhere.

Session fees are between £30 - £45 and in addition limited concessions are available, depending on financial circumstances. I am able to offer daytime and evening appointments Monday to Friday and currently have appointments available in both Haslemere and Farnham.
