Counsellor Profile

I am friendly and professional counsellor based near Hindhead in Surrey. I work to provide accessible, confidential and helpful counseling, Monday - Friday, both during the day and in the evening.

Counselling sessions takes place in a comfortable, confidential and private setting with the purpose of exploring difficulties, dissatisfaction, loss or distress in clients lives.

I work to an integrative approach, working from your needs to develop a non-judgemental relationship, with the aim of helping you to explore the areas in your life that may be causing you pain.

Through exploration and deeper understanding counselling can help to make sense of how and who you are, and can lead to personal change.

Counselling is strictly confidential. As well as being an experienced, qualified counsellor, in addition I receive counselling supervision and personal therapy, complying with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy [BACP] Code of Ethics.
