I am an accredited Member of the British Association for Counsellors and Pyschotherapists and have extensive experience in private practice, with both adults and young people. I also have evening appointments for those who work during the day.
I have had experience with a wide range of issues and my experience includes:-
· Counselling staff in a number of work settings including the local council
· · Counselling adolescents at a drop in centre for young people
· · Counselling adults attached to the Citizens Advice Bureau in Romsey
· · Counselling Students at Solent University
· · Private practice in West Wellow counselling both adults and young people on a wide range of issues.
Counselling Supervising and Training for Relate
I am a warm and caring person who has a real empathy for others and a good sense of humour
· I have had considerable success in helping people to overcome anxiety, lift depression, relieve stress, cope with bereavement, manage anger, increase self esteem and improve their relationships, using a range of methods including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
