Profile
I am an experienced counsellor and supervisor. I work integratively, I have extensive experience working with survivors of rape & sexual abuse, addictions and issues relating to anxiety, stress, low self esteem, depression and bereavement. The use of person-centred and cognitive behavioural therapy within my practice means I can work in a way to suit each client's individual needs
As a Supervisor I work with groups and individuals, trainees and experienced counsellors.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
BSc (hons) Integrative Counselling
Advanced Diploma in Supervision
Extensive training and experience working with addictions and with survivors of rape and sexual abuse.
CPD in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I am an accredited member of BACP and am bound by its Ethical framework of Good Practice and Professional Conduct.

Fees
Counselling Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £35, (£40 for couples), the initial consultation is £10.
Supervision Sessions £40 per hour, individuals and groups.
Daytime and evening sessions available Monday to Friday.

To seek counselling is often anxiety provoking hence the importance of our initial meeting. The setting is confidential and supportive and gives you the opportunity to explore your problems and together work towards the best way forward.
