I work as a person centred counsellor integrating cognitive behavioural skills and techniques. My aim is to provide the right conditions for clients to explore their issues in a safe and trusting relationship where they will be listened to with unconditional positive regard and be treated with respect. The counselling work is confidential with the exception of disclosure of harm.
