I am a qualified & insured individual & family counsellor. Over the past 8 years I have provided therapy for a wide range of issues, particularly depression & anxiety, mind-body illnesses, identity and career difficutlies, as well as relationship problems. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, I abide by their code of ethics, and pursue ongoing professional supervision & training regularly.

Fees

My fees are £40 per 50 minute face-to-face session for individuals, and £70 per 1.5 hour face-to-face session for families. I also offer online counselling via Skype instant messaging at a rate of £25 per 50 minute session. Please do contact me if you have an initial enquiry or questions about the process of therapy.
