Contemplating therapy can feel daunting, so I offer a FREE HALF HOUR
session where you can meet me for a chat and ask any questions.

I feel the most important factor in counselling is the relationship between the client and counsellor. I believe that everyone is special and unique. I view people as holistic and not a collection of symptoms.

I'm a Humanistic counsellor, CRB checked. I work within the BACP guidelines with regular supervision.

I have with experience working with adults and adolescents at Tresham College and Mind. I've also supported students with learning difficulties and helped with communication skills.

I have experience with a wide range of issues including PTSD, anxiety and depression and understand the stresses of running a small business for 20 years.

I have experience using relaxation and visualisation techniques.
I use sand tray, clay work and psychodrama.

I also offer Hynotherapy, Hypnobirthing and Holistic therapies including
Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology.

I'm situated in a quiet discreet location in a calm relaxing therapy room.
Easy access from the A14/A45 with ample free parking.

I decided to train to become a counsellor after suffering with PTSD and having extensive counselling myself, which helped me turn my life around. I'm in my forties divorced living with a partner.

I care deeply about the environment I run agreen business using solar powered hot water,green electricity, logburner heating (carbon neutral) and use grey water where possible. I cycle, walk and use public transport where possible and ride a 50cc moped and I grow my own food.
