Hello,
As a counsellor I believe that the quality of my relationship with you is very important. I work holistically which means that I am open to working with the whole of you...your thoughts, your feelings,your behaviour, your body, your dreams.... I work at your pace and with whatever you choose to bring. Together, confidentially and in a safe space, we can explore areas of concern for you, develop awareness and understanding and open up choices, with the aim of helping you to lead a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

I have a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling (Gestalt/Integrative) and am a member of the BACP and abide by their code of ethics. I have a background in teaching, social work (mental health) and administrative management. I have also worked part time for over two years as a counsellor in a GP practice and am committed to my continuing professional and personal development. I am currently undertaking a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Fees
I offer both short term counselling and long term therapy.
I currently work in Rowley Regis near the train station (not far from Junction 2 of the M5).
I offer evening and weekend appointments depending on availability.
Sessions are for 50 minutes on a weekly basis.
My initial consultation fee is £20 and after that I charge £30 per session. I also offer some concessionary places.
