Counsellor Profile

I am a Humanistic counsellor, helping people lead happier and more fulfilled lives. I offer a safe, confidential space in which we can, together, explore what troubles you, and find your path towards a happier way of being.

I practise in therapy centres in central Reading and Newbury, both of which are easy to reach, with parking nearby.

I offer regular weekly appointments, or a more flexible arrangement to suit your schedule and therapeutic needs.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within its ethical framework.

BA (Hons) Counselling; Advanced Diploma in Integrated Humanistic Counselling (BACP accredited course); Certificate in Counselling Studies; Certificate in Counselling Skills.

I have several years' experience counselling adults and young people in the Reading and Newbury area.
