I began training as a counsellor following my own personal therapy and experiences within my own life.
My experience of my own counsellor had such a positive impact on my life, it became a catalyst to wanting to help and support others, in a individual and unique way.

My counselling orientation is Humanistic integrated , what I mean by this is that my training covered indepth learning of different models a few of these are; of Carl Rogers person centered...Transactional Analysis... psychdynamic... and humanistic psychology this allows me to offer you a a tailor made therapy that suits your specific needs, within the here and now . The indepth training informs how I think and support you in the therapeutic relationship

I have life experience of a variety of complex issues including Depression and Anxiety, something that is very close to my heart , that I specifically work with....

Couple counselling sessions;
£55.00 per 50min session.
I can offer concessionary fees, for students and individuals on low income, so please ask at our first contact.
