Counsellor Profile

I am a UKCP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist with a research-based Masters Degree, currently completing my Doctor of Humanistic and Integrative Practice qualification. I began counselling over 25 years ago when part of the Occupational Health Service of a national organisation.
I have a research evidence-based practice with good parking in Market Deeping. I offer:
Brief CBT & solution-focussed counselling for problems of recent onset.
Longer-term psychotherapy for recurrent anxiety, depression and mental wellbeing.
Personal development and supervision for trainee counsellors and psychotherapists.

CBT Qualifications for focussed assessments, Critical Incident De-Briefing (for abuse or trauma), Brief Skills-Based Counselling.
