Profile
I am an experienced accredited MBACP counsellor and a registered practioner with UKRCP. I offer time and space in a calm, comfortable ,quiet and safe environment for each individual in which we can explore what is going on for them and enable them to find their own individual way to resolve relationship problems, confusion, emotional problems and distress all of which can affect people enormously sometimes making you feel low and depressed. I practice integrative psychotherapy which is flexible and considers the whole person and their individual circumstances. I believe that counselling is a process and can enhance awareness and self development without being judgemental and have lifelong beneficial effects.I have over 2500 clinical hours and 13 years experience . I have worked with adults , groups and young people 13+. I now work privately but I worked for Suffolk County Council pioneering counselling in schools which is still very successful. I work mainly with individual adults and children 14+ with parental consent. There is free easy parking.
