I provide a calm and confidential space to think about and talk through troubling feelings and experiences. Counselling can provide a new perspective and help you find more appropriate ways of dealing with difficulties with better self awareness.

Ongoing sessions negotiable, limited number of places at a reduced fee for those on low incomes.

Extra Information

Many people feel anxious about seeking counselling, or may think that they should be able to cope without help or even feel that there may be some stigma attached. Yet lots of people, from varied backgrounds and from all walks of life, have had counselling and for many the experience has been a positive and helpful one.
