Profile
I am a qualified and BACP Accredited counsellor and trainee psychotherapist using a humanistic approach called Transactional Analysis. This approach helps me to analyse people's interpersonal relationships as well as their internal make-up. My aim is to help people evaluate their options and reach a solution. I practise in Twickenham, Middlesex and central London.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I trained at Metanoia Institute in West London, qualified as a counsellor with a Diploma in TA Counselling, and have completed my formal training in preparation for a Masters in Psychotherapy. My experience lies in bereavement, loss, anxiety, stress, lack of confidence, relationships, phobias and OCD.
I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I am a Counsellor Member of COSCA.
I subscribe to the Codes of Ethics of the BACP and the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy).
