I am a BACP Accredited counsellor
(www.bacp.co.uk) and a UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor (www.uk.org.uk) and bound by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy 's Ethical framework for Good practice and Professional conduct procedure.

I have gained experience working in the NHS, Mental Health Charities, Research and the Private sector.
My approach to counselling is Person- Centred Existential and I also draw on CBT skills and its theory, if this is requested or appropriate to the work. My model emphasises the therapeutic relationship, personal responsibility, personal power and the human desire for growth.
I have special interests in cultural differences, identity, health issues and self- esteem.
