Counsellor Profile

I am experienced and fully qualified Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. Specialising in personal growth and health issues. I use a variety of Hypnotic and Psychotherapeutic techniques to help clients resolve whatever challenge they are facing in their lives. My area of interest is in Dr. R. Ader's Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) having presented an Dissertation on this fascinating mind-body link. I use techniques to successfully treat allergies, fears, anxieties & phobias.

I am interested in accessing the power of the mind to overcome personal as well as health issues. Research by Dr. Mark, California and Prof. J. Coan, Virginia suggets that Massage positively affects health and well-being. I offer Aromatherapy to further aid clients growth. Aromatherapy is offered exclusively to female clients.

I work in the private sector but have referrals from G.P.'s and Paeditricians. I carry an enhanced Police Check and I carry Professional Insurance.
