Counsellor Profile
I am a qualified counsellor and Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy MBACP and also a Graduate Member of The British Psychological Society BPS.
My training was Integrative Humanistic, although I sometimes use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused approaches. As a qualified professional I am very much commited to providing a safe, therapeutic environment and space for my clients. My philosophy is that everyone is unique and working integratively allows for flexibility when helping people achieve what is right for them.

I have experience of work as a GP counsellor and also as a counsellor at MIND and a children's hospice, which has included working with people who have suffered a traumatic bereavement.

Counselling sessions last for one hour.
My fees are:
Individual counselling £35.
Couples counselling £45.
For trainee student counsellors undergoing personal therapy I offer a consession and the fee is £25 per session.
Extra Information
I see clients at my private practice which is located in the centre of Oswestry in Shropshire. A large car park is very close by.
I attend regular supervision in line with BACP requirements and abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
Although I do not have a disabled access, alternative arrangements can sometimes be made for disabled clients.
