Profile

I am a qualified and experienced Integrative Humanistic counsellor, I am working towards accreditation with the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) and I adhere to their ethical framework for professional practise.

I believe that the relationship between the counsellor and the client is at the heart of the counselling process, and it is ultimately this relationship that enables you to feel heard and understood and to explore choices and actions, and to make any changes in the way you think, feel about yourself and your relationships.

    £40 For a 50 minute session after 7pm

    I work with Adults and have training and experience working with children who have been bereaved.
    I have experience working with young people, children, adults, individuals and couples.
    I work with people that have lost their pet companion

    some people come to me because they feel that their life isn't worth living and have felt suicidal, hopeless and despairing.

    without giving advise or telling you what to do I can support you through your troubles and give you a private, confidential and safe place for you to talk
