I am an experienced counsellor working outside of Penzance in a beautiful and peaceful fishing cove.
I work with clients (both individuals and couples) with issues including: self esteem, anxiety, bereavement & trauma, addiction, eating disorders, relationship issues, stress at work, body image and depression.
I also run a weekly group for those wishing to explore their eating behaviour and relationship with food.

I have over 2000 hours of both individual and group work experience having worked extensively both in private practice and within an addiction recovery programme (including clients with dual diagnosis). I have worked with private, NHS and mental health team referrals.
