I am an accredited and experienced counsellor working privately, in an NHS surgery and for EAP schemes.
I believe that our past experiences impact on our present behaviour in ways that we do not always consciously control. I seek to enable clients to understand and change this in ways that will give them a better and more fulfilling life

BACP accredited
Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling (WPF)
Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (WPF)
Certificate in Time-Limited Counselling.
I have a practitioners certificate in Eating Disorders.
Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy
I involve my self in a broad spectrum of training eg Somatisation and Cognitive Hynotherapy
I have worked in private practice for over 4 years.
I have worked for 4 years in a GP surgery doing time-limited counselling
I work with Employee Assistance Programmes counselling those who are experienceing emtional difficulties which are impacting on their work
