Hi I am a qualified integrative therapist and with 14 years experience and I am now based in Hastings. I can offer long or short term counselling or psychotherapy in an environment that is safe,supportive and non-judgemental. I adapt my style of working to the needs of each individual person.
I worked for many years as a counsellor in a drug and alcohol agency and experience in LGBT counselling. Before becoming a counsellor and psychotherapist I was a qualified Nurse for 13 years.
I am also a qualified supervisor.
As a member of the BACP I work in line with their Code of Ethics and attend regular supervision for my work.
At the moment my times for seeing clients are Monday-Thursday 6pm-8pm.

RSA Cert. In Counselling Skills. 1999
Specialist in 12 step recovery - addiction, drugs, alcohol and eating disorders.
I also specialise with LGBT.

First session is free as it is an assessment.
Fees for each 50 minute session is £30-£40.
Some concessions will be given to those on low income.
My rate for students is £25 - £30.
Supervision £50 an hour, £60 one and a half hours.
My times are Monday - Thursday 6pm until 8pm.
First contact is usually by phone which may be an answer-phone. Please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Only I will pick up the messages. I will always reply to emails as well.
I attend regular supervision to ensure best practice.
I have full insurance.
I ensure that I regularly update my skills through training courses.
I have an CRB check renewed in March 2014.
