Profile

Hi I am a qualified integrative therapist and with ten years experience and a private practice in Hove. I can offer long or short term counselling or psychotherapy in an environment that is safe,supportive and non-judgemental. I adapt my style of working to the needs of each individual person.
I worked for many years as a counsellor in a drug and alcohol agency and experience in LGBT  counselling. Before becoming a counsellor and psychotherapist I was a qualified Nurse for 13 years.

I am also a qualified supervisor.

As a member of the BACP I work in line with their Code of Ethics and attend regular supervision for my work.

Fees

First session is free as it is an assessment 

Fees for each 50 minute session is £40
Some concessions will be given to those on a low income. 

My rate for students is £25-30

Fees for supervision are £45 an hour, £50 for an hour and a half BACP requirement.
Concessions given to trainee counsellors.

I can offer daytime and evening sessions up to nine o'clock.

My private practice is based in Hove near to public transport and there is parking outside.

I attend regular supervision to ensure best practice.

I have full insurance.

I ensure that I regularly update my skills through training courses.
