I have 14 years of experience as a counsellor, working in both private practice and within agency settings.

Currently I am working in private practice based in St Albans, offering short and long term counselling to Individuals and Supervision for counsellors.

I have attended a multitude of workshops and training events covering various counselling skills and ideas. I have previously worked with the reduction and withdrawal of prescribed medications for 11 years in an agency setting. In particular, antidepressant, anti anxiety and pain medications.

Counselling Individuals ~ £45 from 5.30PM ~ £40 before 5.30PM ~ some reduced fee places available for students and low waged.

Supervision of Student Counsellors - £25 ~ £30

Group Supervision: 1.5 hour session - £20 each Students ~ Qualified Therapists £25 each
