Counsellor Profile
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist.
I work with issues arising in an individual's life-these may be current relationship issues, concerns about the past, feelings of depression, anxiety and abuse. I also work with people wishing to focus on personal growth and career counselling.
I work from a psychodynamic perspective aiming to make links between the past and the present and to discover the unconscious roots of one's behaviours and thoughts.
