Counsellor Profile

I am a fully qualified and accredited counsellor working in the Nottingham area. My approach is Person Centred, which means that I can work with any form of distress. I work within UKCP ethical guidelines to deliver a high quality and personalised service.

Training, Qualifications & Experience (more info)

I have a Masters degree in Psychotherapy which is UKCP accredited. I also have a Post graduate certificate in mental health, and a degree in Psychology.
I have had extensive experience of working in mental health including four years in Primary care mental health, where I worked with anxiety, depression, stress, self-harm and sexual abuse, amongst other forms of distress. I now work as a staff counsellor for NHS staff. I also run a psychosexual clinic in a G.U.M department, and have had a private practice for the last three years
