Profile
Have you got that Autumn feeling? Book an intial appointment to see how you can lift your mood and learn to cope with your issues, whatever they are and whatever time of year.
I run a friendly, Farningham based, practice helping clients with a variety of problems. I offer a safe, comfortable and confidential place to explore ways of dealing with difficulties and moving on with life.
I work with individuals on either an open ended or short term basis using an integrative approach of both person-centred and cognitive behavioural therapies as appropriate.
I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) which is used to help many conditions including trauma, phobias, interview/exam anxiety and coping with chronic pain.
At an initial appointment you can explore how therapy may be able to help you move forward and which kind of therapy would be right for you.
