Profile
Winter blues? Make 2012 a positive year for mental well-being. Book an intial appointment to see how you can lift your mood and learn to cope with your issues, whatever they are and whatever the time of year.
I run a friendly, Farningham based, practice helping clients with a variety of problems. I offer a safe, comfortable and confidential place to explore ways of dealing with difficulties and moving on with life.
I work with individuals and couples on either an open ended or short term basis using an integrative approach of both person-centred and cognitive behavioural therapies as appropriate, together with aspects of mindfulness and self compassion.
I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) which is used to help many conditions including trauma, phobias, interview/exam anxiety and coping with chronic pain.
At an initial appointment you can explore how therapy may be able to help you move forward and which kind of therapy would be right for you.
