Counsellor Profile

Debbie Livingston PGDip Psych., MA Psych., AdvDip EaD is a UKCP Registered psychotherapist. She works holistically using an integrated model of therapy which emphasises people’s potential. She has worked therapeutically with men, women and young people since 1999. Her special interests include: all aspects of eating distress, antenatal and postnatal issues, relationship, work and life concerns.
Debbie trained in CBT with the OCTC in Oxford and is a registered practitioner with the National Centre for Eating Disorders. She holds the Advanced Diploma in Practitioner Skills for Eating Disorders and Obesity. Her work with eating disorders incorporates compulsive eating, unsuccessful dieting, anorexia, bulimia, obesity and eating distress.
Debbie works in Berkshire in private practice with clients on a long or short term basis. She is a Registered Associate of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abides by the BACP Codes of Ethics and Practice and those of the UKCP (CCPE).
