I am a highly experienced, accredited counsellor and work from home in Pevensey Bay. From my work and life experiences I've found that most people have the emotional resources within to live a full life. Sometimes and unfortunately for a variety of reasons we can often lose the ability to access these resources.
I believe that through an understanding and therapeutic relationship, it can be possible to discover the best way to reconnect with these resources and enable clients to deal with past issues, make positive life changes and realise their full potential.
People come to me for counselling from all walks of life, of all ages and with a variety of issues such as:
- loss and bereavement
- low self esteem
- coping with illness
- relationship issues/couples
Every client has their own individual needs and what works for one may not work for another.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I use a number of different types of therapy in order to best suit each client. I offer a safe, honest and confidential environment in which you can gain insight into any emotional or psychological problems you may be experiencing.
At times just being able to talk to someone who is non-judgmental and may be able to bring a fresh and objective perspective to a particular issue, is often enough.
I have a private therapy room with its own entrance, just yards from the beach. There is easy parking and it is only a two minute walk from the No. 99 bus route. I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and work within their ethical framework.
