Counsellor Profile

My aim is to help clients find their own way of living their life in a more complete, satisfying and resourceful manner.

I focus on reconciling issues that are in some manner limiting the individuals enjoyment of life. Whether these issues are rooted in the past but leading to anxiety or unwanted habits or behaviour patterns in the present; or tensions and stress arising from current circumstances that the individual needs help with understanding and resolving in order to move forward in life, more at ease with themselves and the world around them.
