Profile
I am a BACP accredited counsellor registered with UKRCP working in N1 & N15. My main area of interest is working with people facing depression and anxiety and the negative effect of those conditions on a person's relationship with others, self and life quality.
I have a Metanoia Diploma in Person Centred counselling and have been in private practice since 2006. I use an integrated approach drawing on experiential therapies for longer-term work and using the problem-solving focus of CBT (cognitive therapy) for short-term work.
I am open to your questions and input. I seek to work collaboratively with you and our relationship is an important part of the counselling process.
