I am a BACP accredited counsellor registered with UKRCP working in N1 & N15. I offer a confidential service covering both short-term (6-10 weeks) and longer-term work (up to 2 years) I also offer an online service

I have a Metanoia Diploma in Person Centred counselling and put the client at the centre of the direction and focus of therapy. I am open to your questions and input. I seek to work collaboratively with you and our relationship is an important part of the counselling process.

I use an integrated approach drawing on psychoanalytic and experimental therapies for longer-term work and using the problem-solving focus of CBT (cognitive therapy) for short-term work.

My main area of interest is working with people suffering from depression and anxiety, who are finding it hard to function in either their personal or professional relationships.

I have worked for the counselling services of City Lit, Highbury Counselling Centre, Mind in Enfield and the Well woman clinic at St Leonard's Hospital.
