Counsellor Profile

I am a counsellor, psychotherapist and life coach specialising in working with men.

I have a broad range of experience from working with people with long term mental health problems in the N.H.S. to working with highly motivated and successful individuals reach their ambitions.

I also enjoy working with straight or gay couples on their relationship issues.

I work from an eclectic position drawing heavily of Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioural perspectives.
