Counsellor Profile

I am a humanistic counsellor and hold the belief that every individual knows what is right for them.

You may be confused, angry, stressed, unmotivated, anxious, stuck, having relationship difficulties, have suffered a loss or be overloaded by life. Talking to a counsellor can help to clarify your thoughts and find your way through this difficult time. You may be able to identify old behaviours which have held you back and choose new ones which will enhance and enrich your life fully.

I run a private practice from my home in Leatherhead and the One to One Ostepath clinic in Hinchley Wood, Esher providing short term or long term therapy to teenagers and adults.

In addition I work within the NHs providing short term brief therapy to adults. I also work as a play therapist with primary school children for a charity in Croydon.
