Counsellor ProfileI offer a relaxed, comfortable and informal space for you to explore any issues you want to bring to counselling. I practise as an integrative therapist, which means I am able to blend a number of different cognitive, humanistic and psychodynamic models of counselling and therapy.

I have undertaken various qualifications in counselling, therapy and psychology. These include:
Developmental psychology (Open University)
Advanced diploma in counselling (University of Cambridge)
Postgraduate diploma in counselling (University of Cambridge).
As a therapist, mentor and facilitator I have worked in numerous settings:
Counselling in a Psychological Treatments Service within the NHS
Counselling students at the University of Cambridge
Facilitating groups of young offenders (male and female)
Group facilitation with young women in severe welfare need
Mentoring for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.

FeesINDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
My charge for a session, which lasts for 50 minutes (including initial sessions) is £45.
COUPLES
My standard fee for couples therapy is £60 for a one-hour session. (Individual sessions work within couples therapy is charged at £45 per session and lasts for 50 minutes.)
