Profile
I am an UKCP accredited therapist and supervisor with over 15 years of experience. As well as working privately, I run the Richmond Counselling and Psychotherapy Service.
My skills include individual counselling and group supervision. I work with clients facing a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties ranging from anxiety, stress and depression to relationship issues.
My therapeutic approach is based on integrating the psychodynamic (analytic) thought with cognitive, behavioural and transpersonal concepts. Using brief solution focus, human givens, imagery and metaphors as ways of enabling change in people's lives.

Fees
£45.00 per hourly session. Low cost to be negociated.
£25.00 for two hours of group supervision (four individuals maximum).
Further Information
The dynamics of people's relationships with others and the impact of this in their lives can produce conflicts so through exploring the manner in which crisis happen and how better to resolve them I hope to maximise self awareness and change in people's lives.
