Depending on the issue you are bringing a 'Break-through' session (a half-day intensive session) may be more beneficial than individual sessions – please feel free to ask about these as they are particularly useful if you wish to work with NLP. The current fee for a Break-through Session is £100
If you think you would like to come for counselling and/or NLP life coaching please ring or email me. Following that we can chat on the telephone at a mutually agreed time or we can agree to meet up at my office. It will then be entirely up to you if you want to book a first session.
I am also happy to provide online counselling and coaching.
Further Information
The work we do together will give you a whole new understanding of yourself. This will help you to recognise the things that work well for you in your life and the changes you need to make in areas you decide are not working. During our work together I will accompany you on a journey of discovery and re-discovery, giving you the time and understanding to explore the question of who you are and what you really want from your life in a safe, supportive and confidential environment. As you share your thoughts and feelings I will listen attentively and non-judgementally, helping you to really hear yourself and, possibly for the first time, begin to answer the question of who you really are!
During our work together there may be words or phrases I use with which you are not familiar – I will try to explain these as we go along but please do ask and always just take what works for YOU and leave the rest behind.
- Online, email or telephone counselling available
