Counsellor Profile

I use a humanistic approach to counselling. Clients have told me that they find this approach to be difficult at first, and yet can be very positive and powerful.

As you are reading this I would like to just assure you that if you decide to get in touch with me, I will do my best to make the first few steps of our contact as easy as possible.

I work in a relaxed, confidential, and comfortable counselling room.

If I had to say how I worked with clients, I would say I use what ever the client responds to and also what the client feels they are able to gain from. The relationship is key to counselling, so I always keep in mind that I need to be authentic with my clients.

I have been involed with counselling for around 10 years.

I have worked with a wide range of issues with my clients, as my clients, (up to this point) have been refered to me from the clients Gps.

As well as this, I am now running my own practice which is based in Kettering.
