Counsellor Profile
I am an experienced UKCP accredited psychotherapist and have had a private practice in London for the past 10 years working with both individuals and couples.
My training is from the transpersonal perspective which is an integrative approach which also explores that which lies behind the personality we present to the world, what lies behind the mask. The transpersonal approach to therapy is an holistic approach and may include working creatively with guided meditation, creative imagination, body work, art work or sound. Counselling or therapy may be short or long term.
I am married and in my 50s with a grown up family and have recently moved to Wiltshire.
