Counsellor Profile

As a qualified and registered counsellor, I know that it's not easy to enjoy life when we feel angry, afraid, alone.

By offering a confidential, professional and caring counselling service, I can help people through the dark to a clearer, brighter place where their potential and value can grow.

I work privately, with NHS referrals at a GP surgery and for a counselling agency in West Sussex.

£30 for initial consultation
£35 - £55 per hour.

The way I work:
Encourage trust based on acceptance and understanding.
Challenge the negative beliefs we can have about ourselves.
Promote a solution based relationship with our own lives rather than a problem based one.

I offer sessions using Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR). This method is approved by the Government as an effective treatment for trauma, especially Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

All appointments in Redhill, Crawley or Horsham at various times during the day/evening.
