Counsellor Profile

We will work together to identify your personal goals and explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours towards meeting those goals.

I offer a free initial consultation. This provides us with the opportunity to discuss what type of support is appropriate for you. It also gives us a chance to make sure that we are comfortable working with each other.

I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor which means that I choose the right approach for you.

I work in private practice in Bridgwater where I offer a confidential face to face service. I also do voluntary work for the bereavement support charity Cruse.
