I am an accredited Member of The British Assoc of Counselling and Psychotherapy, working within their Code of Ethics. and am qualified as a Supervisor of Counsellors. I have over sisteen years experience as a Therapist and practice in the Grantham, Lincs./ Newark, Notts. area. In addition I manage a charity, CASY, which provides counselling for young people in North Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.

I offer brief and long term counselling for individuals, and young people from the age of eleven. I also offer individual and group supervision to qualified and student counsellors, supervision for Macmillan Nurses, Hospice staff , Teaching staff and other service providers.

I am a qualified practitioner in Thought Field Therapy and EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) working with trauma, panic attacks and anxiety.

As an integrative counsellor I provide a service which is unique to each individual client. I provide a safe, confidential environment where clients can explore their problems and issues and hope to help them find some peace and resolution in their lives.

Individual counselling £30 per session


Counselling Supervision £30 per hour with a minimum of 1.5 hours per month
