Profile
I am a fully qualified counsellor who is a Member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP) and bound by its ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy.
I believe in the ability of every individual to use their own inner wisdom to enable them to live a full and satisfying life. My main concern is to provide a safe and confidential setting in which clients can feel confident for us to work together and reach their full potential as I firmly believe people have within them the capacity to heal themselves. I am committed to working in a way that seeks to integrate the whole person by considering feelings, intellect, body and spirit.
