Profile

I am a fully qualified counsellor who is a Member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP) and bound by its ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy.

I believe in the ability of every individual to use their own inner wisdom to enable them to live a full and satisfying life. My main concern is to provide a safe and confidential setting in which clients can feel confident for us to work together and reach their full potential as I firmly believe people have within them the capacity to ‘heal’ themselves. I am committed to working in a way that seeks to integrate the whole person by considering feelings, intellect, body and spirit.

Clients' identity and issues will remain anonymous according to the terms of the Codes of Ethics of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I provide short-term, time-limited and open-ended counselling.

I practice in the Bognor Regis, West Sussex area.
