Counsellor Profile
I am a counsellor,psychotherapist and hypnotherapist specialising in integrative psychotherapy. This means I can use a range of approaches and techniques to suit a clients individual needs. I sometimes use hypnotherapy within counselling if I and the client think it will benefit them. My style particularly suits those who feel stuck with difficult emotions,or who have been damaged or hurt by previous relationships as it provides a very safe place to heal.

I have a diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and an Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy.
I am an accredited member of the Counselling Society and belong to the BACP, following their Code of Ethics.
I work as a Bereavement Counsellor for a national charity.
Prior to qualifying as a Counsellor I spent many years as a trainer and coach, helping people to develop their personal skills and to be happier and more effective in life and work.

Fees
£30 per 50 minute session. The first session lasts an hour and a half with the first half hour free. Concessionary rates available depending on ability to pay
Extra Information
I work from my home in the rural village of Priddy, (very close to Wells in Somerset)- a very healing place in itself!
I give people 'time to talk' and space for themselves - a hard thing to find in today's busy world.
